Although the relationship between women and alcohol is not something I've thought much about specifically, I decided to see if I could borrow the book from the library--I'm glad I did.
Written by a female journalist recovering alcoholic, it is a mix of memoir, interviews, and research-based statistics/5. This book is a must read for anyone who wants to learn more about women and their alcohol use.
I also found the information about AA very interesting. I watched an episode on a news program about AA and this author was mentioned. I have found it very interesting and useful in doing more research on the topic/5().
